My reputation has been built on providing strategic advice to businesses on people and culture challenges. My solutions and recommendations are high impact, sustainable, and deliver the right commercial returns.

My passion is helping clients carve out the time and space to focus on what really matters to them, their people and their stakeholders. This is the space in which everyone does their most creative thinking and therefore produces their greatest work.

As General Manager – People & Culture for the National Rugby League (NRL), I led the organisation through significant cultural change. My strategy helped set the NRL up for future success as a modern professional sport.


I have held senior executive roles for major global companies, across industries and markets.  These include Staging Connections, McDonald’s, Vero Insurance, Disney Stores (UK) and the Australian Retailers Association. My focus has been developing talent and cultivating positive workplace cultures.
